|Air Cylinders

Synchronizing 2 (or more) cylinders with a single valve is difficult. The reason for this is that, even if the piping conditions are the same, the frictional resistance of each cylinder seal and the resistance of each guide vary, so the cylinders movements will not stay the same. Even if a speed controller is adjusted by equalizing the piping conditions and load, and the cylinders are synchronized at the beginning, over time they will desynchronize, and the burden on one of the cylinders will increase, shortening the life of that cylinder.
