Can the seals of MGG/MGC series cylinders be replaced?

Yes, replacement seal kits are available. A 10-gram grease pack is included in the seal kit. To replace the seal of a cylinder of bore size ø50 or larger, request a repair or replace the cylinder because the rod cover tightening torque is too high to allow for disassembly. In September 2014, the basic cylinder of the MGG/MGC series was changed to the new CG1 series. The seal kit part numbers for new and old CG1 series cylinders are different.
