How is the lock of CNG/CNA2/MNB/CNS series cylinders with a lock released?
-
For CNG/CNA2/MNB/CNS series cylinders, when 0.25 MPa or more (0.2 MPa or more for ø20 CNG series cylinders) of air is used to pressurize the lock release port, the lock is released. When the air is exhausted, the lock is locked. When the cylinder moves during operation, the lock must always be released. When the cylinder stops, the air should be exhausted so that it locks. The locking method for CNA2 series cylinders can be found here: [video]
The lock construction and the lock release pressure of cylinders with a lock can be found in the catalog of each series.
When restarting a locked cylinder, control so that the solenoid valve for lock release operates before or at the same time as the solenoid valve for cylinder driving.
The time between locking and unlocking must be 0.5 s or longer.
