Is it possible to synchronize 2 identically sized lock cylinders?

Synchronizing air cylinders is difficult even with standard cylinders due to differences in the equipment used and the piping conditions. For cylinders with a lock, it becomes even more difficult due to the time lag of the lock release, etc. Therefore, synchronizing air cylinders, including those with a lock, is not recommended.
