Where are the catalogs of the different end lock cylinders listed?

Each cylinder variation is cataloged as part of the standard series rather than having its own catalog. When a “B” is inserted in the middle of the series name of each cylinder, it becomes the end lock cylinder.
(e.g., CM2 series end lock cylinders are listed under “CBM2 series air cylinder with end lock” in the CM2 series catalog.)
