What is the difference between the rod end shapes of RSQ/RSG series stopper cylinders?
-
The features of the different rod end shapes are as follows.
Round bar type: This is the general type.
Chamfered type: The pallet contact surface of this type has been flattened (chamfered on one side), and the contact surface is fixed.
Roller type: This is a chamfered type with a resin roller at the end. After the bottom surface of a stopped pallet smoothly passes by via the roller, the rod rises, allowing the next pallet to stand by.
Lever type (with a built-in shock absorber): The built-in shock absorber absorbs the impact by utilizing the oscillation of the lever with a roller.
