An air-hydro system converts pneumatic pressure into hydraulic pressure equally (pressure boosting ratio 1:1), enabling positioning and low-speed control that is difficult with pneumatic pressure alone.
CC series air-hydro units can be selected with a stop valve (for intermediate stops) and a skip valve (for fast forwarding), and the functions of speed control (flow control valve/throttle valve) are integrated. CCT series air-hydro converters on the other hand are pneumatic-hydraulic converters to be installed on the side that is not controlled by cylinder driving.
In some cases, only speed control is performed by connecting the converter and the speed controller individually.
There is also the CQ2 series air-hydro booster, which converts air pressure to high pressure (e.g., from 0.5 MPa to anywhere from 3.5 to 14 MPa) to drive the cylinder.
The CQ2 series catalog can be found here.
