What is the difference between the rubber stopper and the metal stopper with a bumper for MXQ-Z series air slide tables?

The metal stopper with a bumper has a bumper at the end of the adjusting bolt, and when it hits the mating side (guide block), the bumper retracts and stops at the metal contact surface.
The absorbed energy is higher than that of the metal stopper, and the positioning accuracy is equivalent.
The rubber stopper is a rubber cushion at the end of the adjusting bolt.
