What is the guide mechanism of the buffer section of MXQ-Z series air slide tables with a buffer mechanism?

The buffer mechanism is a structure in which the table part and the piston rod are connected by springs, which absorb impact at the stroke extension end to protect workpieces and tools.
The buffer mechanism is guided by the linear guide on the connected table side, and the buffer function works for both table-mounted and end plate-mounted workpieces.
