Is there a difference in dimensions between MB and MDB series air cylinders (with and without an auto switch)?

No, the dimensions are the same. The only difference between MB and MDB series cylinders is whether the slots on the piston are magnetic or not.
Note) For some cylinders, the overall length varies between those with an auto switch and those without, such as with those from the CQ2 and CDQ2 series.
