Can an auto switch be mounted on the CA2B50-100Z?: The auto switch senses the magnetic force of the magnet mounted on the cylinder piston. CA2 series cylinders do not have a magnet mounted on the piston. Therefore, even if an auto switch is mounted, it will not be operable. Use the part number “CDA2B50-100Z” for the cylinder with an auto switch magnet.
