When ordering a CJ2 series cylinder with an auto switch using the part number “CDJ2D16-60Z-M9N,” the following 2 part numbers were provided to choose between: CDJ2D16-60Z-M9N-A or CDJ2D16-60Z-M9N-B. What is the difference between the part number with an “-A” suffix and the one with a “-B” suffix?

For CJ2 series cylinders, the mounting style of the auto switch can be identified by suffixing an “-A” for rail mounting or a “-B” for band mounting to the end of the part number. It was being requested that you indicate whether the D-M9N auto switch is to be rail mounted or band mounted. The auto switch part number of the old CJ2 series differed depending on whether it was to be mounted on a rail or on a band. With the current CJ2-Z series, both rail mounting and band mounting are available for the D-A9∗ and D-M9 small auto switches.
Note) For bore size ø6, only band mounting is available. Suffix a “-B” to the end of the CDJ2 series cylinder part number.
