How much time is required between reset and the next measurement operation for CEU5 multi-counters?

For example, to reset the origin position of a CEU5 multi-counter to the cylinder retracting end position, it takes about 0.5 s before the resetting process of the CEU5 is completed. If the cylinder moves before the reset process is completed, the origin position will not be set to the cylinder retracting end position, causing measurement failure.
