What are the requirements for selecting an IDG series air dryer?
-
Requirements for IDG series selection are as follows.
1) Outlet air flow rate: L/min (ANR) (flow rate required at the end)
2) Outlet air atmospheric pressure dew point: °C (Convert the pressure dew point to the atmospheric pressure dew point.)
3) Inlet air pressure: MPa (More than 0.3 MPa is required. The higher the pressure, the higher the efficiency.)
4) Inlet air temperature: °C
5) Allowable pressure drop: MPa (The upstream filter, etc., must also be considered.)
6) Compressed air supply capacity: L/min (ANR)
Select an IDG series air dryer according to the “How to select model” section in the IDG series catalog.
Note that the purge air flow rate described in the catalog also includes the air flow rate that flows through the dew point indicator.
The IDG series catalog can be found here.
