Is there a heat-resistant specification MRHQ series rotary gripper?

The inner rubber seal part of MRHQ series grippers, which uses a vane type rotary actuator, is not compatible with fluororubber. Consider using a special order fluororubber seal specification rotary/rack pinion type actuator in combination with an air gripper.
