|Air Preparation Filters
-
The discharge valve may not be closing properly due to a build-up of foreign matter, or air may be leaking due to the deterioration or damage of the sealant. Remove the case from the body, fill it with some water and a small amount of neutral detergent, and try sloshing it around inside. If the air leakage stops, it can be used again. If it does not stop, replace the replaceable parts or case assembly.
Note) For the normally open (N.O.) auto drain type, the discharge valve will not close if the pressure in the case is more than 0.1 MPa.
In this case, check for pressure drops or flow rate drops on the supply side.
Refer to the catalog for case assembly models.
