The booster regulator is a product that increases the inlet pressure by up to 2 times (or 4 times) and delivers high pressure to the outlet side. The structure consists of 2 booster chambers and 2 drive chambers (due to the presence of 2 cylinders). The booster chambers alternately convert the input pressure received by the 2 pistons to a high pressure that is approximately proportional to the pressure-receiving area ratio and delivers it to the outlet side. The exhaust is for exhausting the air in the starting chamber.
A video demonstration can be found here.
VBAT series air tanks can be connected directly to VBA series booster regulators for pressure accumulation and pulsation protection.
Note) Be aware that the flow rate that can be used on the outlet side will decrease. If the pressure is increased by continuous driving, the life of the booster regulator will be shortened.
