What are the possible causes of a booster regulator, which has been in use for a long time, constantly leaking air from the silencer or the lower part of the handle?

Consider replacing the seal because it is likely that it has reached the end of its service life. Check whether there is black wear powder on the silencer surface. Also, check whether the pressure increases even when the handle is set to the lower limit.
