Are there check valves that can be used in vacuum pressure applications?

AKH and AKB series valves can be used in vacuum pressure applications. Operating pressure: -100 kPa to 1.0 MPa, Cracking pressure: 0.005 MPa. The check valve operates when a differential pressure greater than or equal to the cracking pressure is generated. Since there is a decrease in the degree of vacuum for the differential pressure, be sure to check before use.
