Replace AF30/40-A and AF30/40-D series air filter bowl assemblies in the following manner.
① Remove the bowl assembly by pushing the lock button on the bowl assembly down and rotating the bowl assembly 30° to either the right or the left. Then, remove the bowl assembly.
② Mount the new bowl assembly by aligning the marks on the body with the marks on the bowl assembly and inserting the bowl assembly into the body.
Then, rotate the bowl assembly 30゜ (until the lock button pops up) to either the right or the left. Make sure that the lock button is raised and locked at this time.
Note 1) Old AF30/40 and AF3000/4000 series air filter bowl assemblies can be removed/mounted by rotating the bowl assembly 45° to either the right or the left.
Note 2) For AF10/20 series air filter bowl assemblies, remove the bowl assembly by turning it counterclockwise.
