Can the pressure gauge with a limit indicator attached to the regulator of an AC□□ series modular F.R.L unit emit a signal?

No signal can be output by the limit indicator of the pressure gauge.
The limit indicator of the pressure gauge merely allows you to visually check the values and widths set for pressure management.
Consider adding a pressure gauge with a switch (GP46) or a pressure switch to output a signal.
