Why is the 2(A) to 3(R) flow rate characteristic value of an AV-A series soft start-up valve smaller than that of the existing AV series valve?

The existing AV series product has a check valve in the exhaust passage of the valve.
The C values shown in the catalog are the values when the check valve is at full stroke.
Since the opening of the check valve changes according to the pressure difference, the opening of the check valve gets smaller and the exhaust is restricted when the pressure difference is small (i.e., a value close to the atmospheric pressure).
On the other hand, the opening of the new AV-A series product is kept fully open at all times, so even if the C value (conductance) is smaller than that of the existing product, the exhaust time can be shortened.
