Is it possible to change the pressure gauge to face the opposite side or change a square embedded type pressure gauge to a round type pressure gauge for AR20-B(ではないでしょうか？) to AR60-B series regulators?

The pressure gauge adapter assembly to which the pressure gauge is connected and the blanking plate can be mounted facing forward or backward.
The square embedded type pressure gauge and adapter assembly can be removed and replaced with a new adapter assembly and a round type pressure gauge.
Replace the O-ring with a new one as well. If the O-rings are not replaced together, air will leak.

The part names in the exploded view are as follows:
⑩ Square embedded type pressure gauge (Rc, pressure range 0 to 1.0 MPa): GC3-10AS
⑬ Pressure gauge adapter assembly (Rc): ARP20P-310AS-01
⑭ Plug assembly (Rc): ARP20P-320AS-01
⑯ Blanking plate assembly: AR20P-250AS
