The pressure adjustment range and hysteresis adjustment range differ depending on the switch model. Select the model according to the operating conditions. Hysteresis refers to the pressure value width between signal output ON and OFF, and it can be adjusted arbitrarily with the hysteresis adjustment bolt. However, if there is pressure fluctuation around the set pressure, chattering that turns the switch ON and OFF will occur if the hysteresis amount is too small, resulting in inaccurate switch signal reading and a reduced service life.
Adjustment such as increasing the hysteresis may be required depending on the operating conditions.
