Can the orientation of the piping of the hose elbow/barb elbow of M-□/MS-□ series miniature fittings be changed after it has been secured?

For elbow type miniature fittings, after tightening the stud part at the top with a flathead screwdriver, the elbow part of the piping part will no longer rotate. Position the stud freely (360 degrees) before tightening.
Note 1) The same applies to the universal elbow and universal tee types.
Note 2) For elbow type One-touch fittings, the orientation of the piping section can be changed after the fitting is tightened.
