Are there 3-way valves that can switch between the vacuum line and the positive pressure line of a vacuum pump?

Consider using a VEX3 series external pilot solenoid type valve. The operating pressure range is from low vacuum (-101 kPa) to 1.0 MPa. As it is an external pilot type valve, pilot pressure must be constantly supplied to the VEX. VEX3 series valves are 3-position valves. All ports are closed when the product is not energized. Piping from 1/8 to 2 inches is supported .
Note 1) When port 2 (A) is retaining vacuum, there may be a decrease in vacuum power due to leakage from the vacuum pad and piping. Continue vacuuming at the vacuum suction position.
Note 2) This product cannot be used for emergency shut-off valves.
