Can VHK3 series 3-port valves be used to switch between vacuum supply and an atmosphere induction?

VHK3 series valves cannot be used for vacuum. Only VHK2 series 2-port valves can be used for vacuum (up to -100 kPa).
Note 1) The vacuum source for the VHK2 is piped to the 2 (A) side.
Note 2) Valve leakage is allowed for the VHK series.
