What protocols and specifications are available for the SI unit mounted on SQ1000/2000 series manifolds?

The SI unit mounted on an SQ series manifold is the EX140. Details on the EX140 series can be found here.
Be aware that the specifications vary depending on the communication protocol. Refer to the manual on the SMC website to check the specifications of each EX140 series SI unit.

Supported protocols: DeviceNetTM, CC-Link, CompoBus/S (16 outputs), CompoBus/S (8 outputs), S-LINK V (16 outputs), S-LINK V (8 outputs), NKE (wiring saving system), NKE (wiring saving H system)
