Can I replace only the VFS or VFR series valves mounted on a manifold?
If so, what is the part number?

Yes, it is possible. Refer to the following for the part numbers.
Base mounted:
Leave the “Port size” in the solenoid valve part number blank for solenoid valves for use on a manifold.
A gasket and mounting screws are included.

Ex.) With a sub-plate: VFS2100-5FZ-01, Without a sub-plate: VFS2100-5FZ
With a sub-plate: VFR3110-1DZ-02, Without a sub-plate: VFR3110-2DZ

Body ported: (VFS series only)
The solenoid valve part number for a single unit and for use on a manifold are the same.
The gasket and mounting screws are not included. If necessary, purchase them separately using the following set part numbers.
For the VFS1000 series: BG-VFS1030
For the VFS2000 series: BG-VFS2030
For the VFS3000 series: BG-VFS3030
