Yes, it is possible. Change the orientation of the switching plate located between the manifold base and valve from N.C. to N.O.
The flange of the switching plate comes out from the valve. If there is no indication visible, it is N.C. If the “NO” indication is moved to the visible side, it will become N.O.
When the power is turned OFF, compressed air from the P port (common) will be output from port A of the valve whose switching plate has been changed to N.O.
Reference) The manifold specification (a VOA301 valve and a VVTA300 base) of the air operated VTA301 series valve can also be changed to from N.C to N.O. by turning over the switching plate in the same way.
