For the VQZ100 series 3-port solenoid valve, what are the functional differences between the type with a poppet seal and the type with a rubber seal?

Poppet valve (poppet seal):
Though the stroke when opening and closing with a surface seal is small, the flow rate is large and responsiveness is excellent.
Spool type (metal seal and rubber seal of the VQZ series):
The stroke when opening and closing with an external seal is large, so various switching methods are supported.
