When using the LECP6/LECA6 series controller setting software to start each mode, start-up fails with the following messages: “Normal Mode: COM port open failed!” and “Easy Mode: Controller is not connected. Do you want to check the communication settings?”What can be done to remedy this?

The communication port number varies depending on the USB port of the PC.
Check this when connecting the communication unit. When “Normal” or “Easy” is started, the controller setting software automatically checks the connected controller.
However, communication cannot be performed if the communication setting of the COM port number is different.
