How is an LECP6/LECA6 series controller used to stop an actuator?
-
There are 3 basic methods of stopping an electric actuator using an LECP6/LECA6 series controller.
① By using the power supply connector EMG terminal (OFF/OFF)
② By using RESET (alarm reset and operation interruption)
③ By using HOLD (operation pause)
Of the 3 methods, ② and ③ are performed with the servo ON.
When stop method ① is performed with the servo set to OFF, the servo will be turned OFF automatically. For all 3 methods, a return to origin operation is not required at restart.
However, if the control power supply has been turned OFF or the SETON signal has been turned OFF due to an alarm, etc., perform a return to origin operation at startup.
