What are the possible causes of an alarm being generated when SETUP (return to origin) is turned ON 1 s after SVON?: The content of the alarm is probably “Servo OFF (1-098).” After SVON, it may take several seconds for SVRE ON (encoder energization check).
Turn ON SETUP after checking SVRE ON output.
