If an emergency stop occurs (EMG is de-energized) during operation for a vertically-mounted electric actuator with a lock, how is it locked?: ① Deceleration occurs at the max. deceleration speed. ② Operation stops. ② The actuator locks. ③ The servo turns OFF.
Note) The control is activated so that the lock is activated before the servo is turned OFF. before the servo is turned off.
