LE series robotic cables (flexible cables) are confirmed to be free from problems under the conditions of the following bending tests.
Note, however, that the service life may vary depending on the operating conditions and environment.
(1) U-shaped slide bending test: more than 10,000,000 cycles (Test conditions: bending radius = cable outer diameter ø5.5 x 6 times, slide distance = 300 mm, approx. 40 times/min)
(2) 90-degree bending test: more than 10,000,000 cycles (Test conditions: bending radius = cable outer diameter ø5.5 x 6 times, load 0.9 kg, approx. 30 times/min)
Note 1) The motor cable of approx. 300 mm coming out from the actuator (motor) is not a flexible cable, so be sure to secure it.
Note 2) For the actuator cable, either a robotic cable or a standard cable can be selected; the above tests were performed using a robotic cable.
