What is the difference between the standard (30 μm) and the high-precision (5 μm, 1.25 μm) sensor resolutions of LAT3 series card motors? Also, can the same controller be used for both types?

The linear encoders differ.
Other mechanical parts are common, and there is no difference in appearance. The controller is also common regardless of the sensor resolution.
