What is the difference between old push-lock speed controllers the those that have been refreshed?
-
The lock of the regulator has been changed from a lock nut type to a push-lock type.
This allows for the locking time to be drastically reduced without the use of tools.
The diameter of the regulator knob has been increased to make it easier to grip when adjusting, and the detachability of the tube has also been improved.
In addition, the color of the knob now allows for easy identification of the specification (meter-in or meter-out).
There is an “A” suffixed to the part number. (e.g., AS2201F-01-06SA)
The “Features” of the AS series push-lock type can be found here. And the “Features” of the AS series in-line type/push-lock type can be found here.
