Can AQ series quick exhaust valves be used with closed center or perfect center solenoid valves?

The pressure balance tends to be lost during intermediate stops, resulting in external leakage from the AQ series valve, which makes it impossible to hold an intermediate stop position. Therefore, this valve cannot be used in combination with a solenoid valve that seals air pressure.
