Why is my AQ series quick exhaust valve generating noise?

Noise may be generated due to insufficient exhaust or vibration in the following cases. If the problem persists even after the operating conditions have been changed, consider changing from an AQ series valve to a 3-port valve.
(1) When there is residual pressure or back pressure on the IN side (When large flow piping is used with a small-capacity cylinder, etc.)
(2) When the differential pressure between the IN and OUT sides is smaller than the min. operating pressure of the AQ series valve
(3) When the sonic conductance (C) of the AQ series valve’s IN side piping or solenoid valve is smaller than that of the AQ series valve itself
