Does the elbow type AS□-F speed controller piping port (body part) rotate?

For both the elbow type and the universal type, the direction of the piping port on the body, including the One-touch fitting, can be changed. However, while it is suitable for changing the piping direction when piping, it cannot rotate during operation.
