What can be done to remedy a “---” display on a PF2A7 series digital flow switch?

Since this indicates that the flow rate is excessive, install a restrictor on the outlet side to adjust the flow rate so that it is within the rated flow range. Continued use at an excessive flow rate may damage the internal heating element.
