Can PF□ series digital flow switches be used with fluids (gases) other than dry air?

The applicable fluids (gases) of the standard models of the following series are as follows.
PFM5/7 series: Nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide
PF2A, PFMB, PFMC, and PFMV series: Nitrogen
Note 1) If argon is used with a flow switch other than one from the PFM5/7 series, errors in the measured values will occur.
Note 2) As helium has a low molecular weight, leakage will occur and errors in the measured values will occur.
