Can PF□ series digital flow switches be used with non-water liquids?

The applicable fluids (liquids) of the standard models of the following series are as follows.
PF3W series: Ethylene glycol aqueous solution
Note) There are limitations regarding the viscosity, concentration, and temperature.
PF2D series: Pure water and liquids that do not corrode or permeate Teflon (Refer to the list of applicable fluids in the catalog.)
LFE series: Fluids that do not corrode the materials of wetted parts (Refer to the list of applicable fluids in the catalog.)
