Why can’t the P_1 setting (normal output/hysteresis mode) be set to 12 L/min or less for PF3W711 digital flow switches?

For PF3W711 flow switches, if the hysteresis H_1 is set to 5 L/min, the P_1 setting will start at 12 L/min.
The default setting at the time of shipment for PF3W711 flow switches is 5 L/min for the hysteresis H_1. If the hysteresis is changed to less than 5 L/min, it can be set to 12 L/min or less. The flow rate range is 7 to 140 L/min. For example, if the hysteresis H_1 is set to 0, the P_1 setting can be set to 7 L/min. However, in this case, chattering may occur near 7 L/min.
Note) The value of the factory default hysteresis H_1 varies depending on the part number (flow range).
