Is it possible to change the orientation of the cable entry of VX3 series DIN terminals?

Yes, it is possible to change the orientation. Loosen the screw at the top of the housing and pull up the housing to detach the DIN connector from the coil assembly.
In addition, you can change the direction by removing the terminal block. Insert a small flathead screwdriver into the notch in the bottom of the terminal block to remove it, and then reattach it facing the desired direction.
