What are the possible causes of air not flowing from the outlet side of a VX230GA valve to be used for air blow? The factory air pressure is 0.4 MPa and voltage has been applied, but the valve will not open. However, disconnecting the piping for the inlet air opens the valve. Is the supply pressure too high? Is this because the max. operating pressure differential of the valve is 0.1 MPa?

Yes, the max. operating pressure differential of a VX230GA valve is 0.1 MPa.
If the supply pressure is 0.4 MPa, the valve will not operate unless the supply pressure immediately after the OUT side piping of the 2-way valve is 0.3 MPa or more.
For VX2 series valves (although the flow rate drops), consider using a valve with a max. operating pressure differential of 0.4 MPa or higher, or use a valve from the VXD or VXZ series. For a VX230GA valve, it is necessary to reduce the supply pressure and reduce the diameter of the blow nozzle (increase the pressure immediately after the OUT side piping of the 2-way valve) to reduce the pressure differential to less than 0.1 MPa, but be sure to note that the air blow force will be weakened by doing so.
