What is the operating pressure range of VQ20/30 series valves?

The max. operating pressure is 0.6 MPa for the VQ20 series and 0.5 MPa for the VQ30 series.
The min. operating pressure differential is 0.01 MPa because they are pilot operated 2-port valves.
Set the outlet pressure at least 0.01 MPa lower than the inlet pressure.
They cannot be used in vacuum applications.
Note) While VQ20/30 series valves are suitable for air blowing, when a throttle (nozzle, etc.) is installed on the outlet piping, be careful that the pressure differential (before and after the valve element) does not fall below 0.01 MPa.
