Can pure water be used with VX2, VXD, and VXZ series 2-way valves?

If the electrical conductivity of the pure water is 1 MΩ or less, it can be used by selecting the stainless steel body, FKM seal, and oil-free specification. However, the purity of the pure water will be reduced because the wear powder, components, etc., of the magnetic valves will leak into the fluid.
Therefore, these valves cannot be used in circuits that require the pure water to retain its level of purity.
For such circuits, consider using a product from the LV series.
