Is there a high-temperature specification XL□ series high-vacuum angle valve with an auto switch?

Yes, for flange sizes 25, 40, and 50, it is available as a special order.
The auto switch is a heat-resistant type auto switch. Contact SMC for other flange sizes. The D-M9□J heat-resistant auto switch is also available for XL□ series valves with a heater as well as for the high-temperature type (up to 150°C), though it is mounted on the amplifier part separate from the sensor head for the latter.
XL□ series high-vacuum angle valves cannot be used with standard auto switches when the switch mounting part temperature exceeds 60°C.
Even if the temperature specification symbol is “H0” (without heater), the standard auto switch cannot be selected because it is of the high-temperature type.
Note that heat-resistant auto switches cannot be retrofitted using the built-in magnet of the standard XL□ series valve because the magnet is not heat resistant.
